Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your location, the weight and dimensions of your order, and the number of items selected. You’ll see the exact shipping rate before completing your purchase — it’s displayed clearly in your shopping cart and again during checkout. We don’t add hidden fees, and all charges shown are final at the time of payment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to over 40 countries across North America, Europe, Australia, and select parts of Asia. While we’re continually expanding our reach, some regions — including certain overseas territories, remote islands, and sanctioned jurisdictions — are not supported at this time. During checkout, the system will automatically confirm whether your address is eligible for delivery.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, our team prepares it for shipment within 3 to 7 business days. This timeframe accounts for quality checks, packaging, and label generation. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in this window, and orders placed after 2 PM local time may be processed the following business day.
Delivery Time
After your order ships, international delivery typically takes 14 to 30 days depending on your destination country and customs procedures. These estimates reflect standard carrier transit times and do not include potential delays caused by border inspections, weather events, or unforeseen logistical challenges. We recommend allowing extra time around major holidays.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
At this time, we’re unable to split a single order across multiple shipping addresses. All items in one transaction must be delivered to the same location. If you need items sent to different recipients or locations, please place separate orders — each with its own shipping details and payment.
PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We currently do not support deliveries to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or other non-street-address locations. To ensure reliable tracking and secure delivery, we require a valid physical street address with a postal code and country designation.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
All prices displayed on our site include applicable VAT where required by law. For international orders, import duties, customs fees, and additional taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not collected by Jabberchattered at checkout. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying any such fees directly to your customs office or carrier.
Order Tracking
We provide complimentary package tracking for every order. Once your items ship, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor real-time progress. You can also access tracking details anytime by logging into your account and visiting the “Order History” section.
Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control — including customs clearance, severe weather, carrier service disruptions, or unexpected volume surges. If your package appears significantly delayed (beyond 35 days from order date) or shows no movement for 10+ business days after dispatch, please contact us. We’ll investigate promptly and, if confirmed lost in transit, issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
